Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English and German
  • Willing to take over responsibility
  • Strong in communication
  • Able to work under pressure (e.g. during security incidents)
  • Good methodical and analytical knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the implementation of the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit, directing a team of independently working employees
  • Taking responsibility for the team performance
  • Financial planning for the given team

Preferred Qualifications

  • People management/team coordination experience is advantageous
  • Experience in information security management or consulting is advantageous
  • Experience in service management is advantageous
