Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, talent research, or technical recruiting; ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
- Proven track record of building pipelines and connecting with candidates in niche or specialized roles
- Familiar with sourcing platforms, AI tooling, and modern recruitment technology
- Hungry, proactive, and resourceful; you embody our Wealthsimple values
- Skilled communicator who knows how to personalize outreach and build authentic relationships
- Naturally curious; you love digging into markets, talent pools, and trends
- Comfortable turning deep research into clear, actionable insights

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with recruiters on active searches and build smart, research-driven strategies that find top candidates — always putting candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams first
- Fearlessly hunt down diverse, high-quality talent for high-priority or hard-to-fill roles — no lead too cold, no message too bold
- Build and maintain evergreen talent pools for engineering and design that line up with where we’re headed long-term
- Forecast future talent needs by staying plugged into product direction, team strategy, and market shifts
- Create scalable, repeatable sourcing processes that keep our pipelines growing well beyond today’s openings
- Use AI and modern sourcing tools to work smarter, uncover hidden talent, and surface the right people faster
- Research hiring trends in fintech’s hottest spaces — crypto, trading, lending, and beyond — so we’re always ahead of the curve
- Develop a deep understanding of the North American tech talent landscape — who’s out there, where they are, and how to reach them
- Help build authentic communities where passive talent naturally wants to engage with Wealthsimple — long before they apply
- Reimagine how we connect with candidates — making every first touch thoughtful, human, and memorable
