Summary
Join Eleken, a company focused on improving the design services of SaaS companies, as a Lead Generation Specialist. You will be part of a remote, full-time team, working closely with the Head of Sales Development and other specialists. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, crafting personalized outreach messages, and managing follow-ups. You will utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools, and experience with CRM systems is required. Requirements
- 6+ months of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT or agency)
- Strong written English (B2+)
- Ability to write clear, personalized, and compelling outreach messages
- Understanding of ICP and the lead qualification process
- Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Solid experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
- Analyze job posts to detect companies actively hiring design talent
- Craft and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
- Manage follow-ups and qualify leads based on our ICP
- Book intro calls for Business Development Managers
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with lead generation automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Waalaxy, etc.)
