Join Paddle as Head of Web and lead the transformation of Paddleβs digital properties into high-performance, high-conversion engines. You will lead a cross-functional team, define the web strategy and roadmap, own end-to-end performance, and leverage AI for design and personalization. Responsibilities include optimizing user journeys, collaborating with marketing on content, implementing A/B testing, and ensuring site performance. This role requires significant experience in web performance, conversion optimization, and leading cross-functional teams in a B2B SaaS environment. Requirements
- 7+ years in web, growth, UX, or digital product roles within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record owning web performance, conversion optimisation, and experimentation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and UX/content
- Strong technical acumen and comfortable leading CMS/stack decisions and working closely with engineers
- Experience using AI design and prototyping tools and personalisation platforms
- Data-informed, test-driven mindset with fluency in A/B testing, analytics platforms, and session tools
- Strategic, collaborative, fast-moving, comfortable working across brand, product, and performance
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for paddle.com and other digital surfaces, balancing brand storytelling, product clarity, conversion, and speed
- Own end-to-end performance, from traffic through to key actions (sign-ups, demo requests, pricing page visits, PQL triggers)
- Use AI design and prototyping tools to rapidly test and iterate UX, copy, and layouts
- Build seamless, distinct journeys for self-serve and sales-led visitors. Optimise CTA strategy, user flows, and intent signalling for each motion
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand to ensure copy, messaging, and structure align to ICPs, segments, and commercial priorities
- Build a test-and-learn culture. Implement frameworks for rapid A/B and multivariate testing. Drive continuous improvements to conversion rates
- Lead dev resources to ensure the site is fast, stable, and scalable. Own decisions around CMS, infrastructure, tracking, and tooling
- Implement AI-based personalisation frameworks (e.g., content modules, visitor segmentation, journey orchestration) to increase relevance and outcomes
