Requirements

  • Masterโ€™s degree with 10+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience within a health care environment as an accredited, credentialed, or certified provider of clinical services
  • Must have healthcare data analytical experience
  • Thorough understanding of the clinical healthcare environment
  • Proven experience documenting existing and future clinical workflows
  • Experience in High Reliability Organization (HRO) theories and principals, identifying and documenting return on investment, and continuous process improvement
  • Proficient knowledge of the Prosciย ADKARย ยฎ Change Management Model
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently while managing multiple projects on various timelines in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • US Citizen
  • Proven experience in exceptional commitment to accuracy, detail, and follow-up
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Ability to provide timely and effective feedback to project staff and team members

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and lead all clinical related activities in all phases of Customer Satisfaction and Benefits Realization projects
  • Collecting, analyzing, and preparing reports of findings and executive presentations
  • Track and report projectโ€™s incremental progress from scope definition to delivery
  • Responsible for oversight of multiple workstreams, both virtually and onsite
  • Aggregate, disseminate and share knowledge to VA leadership, stakeholders, and colleagues through adept oral and written communication skills
  • Conduct administrative duties such as creating weekly status reports, monthly achievement reports, travel expense reports, etc

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PMBOK or PMP certification
  • VA experience
