Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• High-level of competence in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools (e.g., Clari)
• Excellent Google Sheets and data visualization skills (e.g., CRM Analytics)
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and key metrics
• Support sales forecasting and planning activities by providing accurate data analysis and insights
• Contribute to the administration and optimization of the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
• Develop and optimize sales territories to ensure balanced distribution of opportunities and resources
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Lead and participate in strategic projects and initiatives aimed at driving sales growth and operational efficiency
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in data structures. Create and maintain single-source-of-truth data tables
