Join AAPC's expanding enterprise healthcare team as a strategic Account Executive to drive new business growth. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts, prospecting opportunities and advancing leads from the SDR team. This role involves selling enterprise-focused offerings, including healthcare data, education, software, and training solutions. You will engage with cross-functional stakeholders across healthcare organizations and maintain accurate sales forecasts. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare or tech-enabled services, proven success in closing complex sales, and familiarity with healthcare buyer personas. This remote or hybrid role offers the chance to shape modern healthcare solutions and make a measurable impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare or tech-enabled services
- Proven success with outbound outreach and closing complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with healthcare buyer personas (RCM, HIM, Compliance, IT)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle new business sales, from outreach and discovery to proposal and close
- Prospect enterprise healthcare organizations and respond to SDR-qualified leads
- Sell a portfolio of RCM and compliance solutions including Codify software, API/data licensing, and customized training programs
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders across healthcare orgs (RCM, HIM, compliance, IT)
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasts to support leadership planning
- Bring feedback from the field to Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling data products, APIs, or SaaS into healthcare verticals
- Are resourceful and proactive in building pipeline with SDR support
- Excel at understanding buyer pain and navigating internal stakeholders
- Are excited to help shape how modern healthcare solutions are sold
