Summary

Join Ema, a leading Agentic AI platform company, as an Account Executive to drive enterprise adoption of AI-driven automation solutions in the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging executive decision-makers, and closing high-value deals. This role requires managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, and focusing on large-scale AI automation deals. Ideal candidates possess 2+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in Healthcare with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate enterprise contracts. The position involves engaging senior executives and communicating Ema’s value proposition effectively. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work three days per week.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in Healthcare, with a strong track record of closing net-new business
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate enterprise contracts
  • Experience selling AI, automation, cloud, or data-driven solutions
  • Strong ability to engage and influence executive-level buyers (CTOs, CIOs, COOs, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, focusing on large-scale AI automation deals
  • Identify and target enterprise customers that can benefit from AI-powered workforce transformation
  • Engage senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, COOs) to communicate Ema’s value proposition and align solutions with business needs
  • Manage complex deal negotiations, ensuring pricing and contract terms align with Ema’s business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or enterprise digital transformation
  • Background in fast-growing startups or high-growth sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
