Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • 2–3 years working in healthcare operations or provider support
  • Experience with scheduling tools and EHR platforms
  • Comfortable with compliance and policy-driven tasks
  • Strong written and spoken communication
  • Solid Microsoft Office and database skills
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Audit & Monitor
  • Double-check appointment accuracy
  • Make sure nurses and assistants are correctly paired
  • Track provider travel distances for home visits
  • Flag compliance issues and report gaps
  • Recommend process improvements based on audit results
  • Fix Tech + Handle Issues
  • Manage service tickets tied to the EasyTeq platform
  • Troubleshoot telehealth problems and translation issues
  • Support providers with tech problems or system bugs
  • Escalate major tech issues to IT when needed
  • Own the Schedule
  • Track cancellations and no-show patterns
  • Adjust appointments on the fly when things shift
  • Support real-time scheduling for providers in the field
  • Keep appointment databases accurate and up to date
  • Support the Admin Side
  • Offboard providers when requested
  • Process member terminations and clean up schedules
  • Maintain provider credentialing status and updates
  • Help with onboarding tasks and new provider setup
  • Handle Complaints
  • Log, route, and track provider or patient complaints
  • Make sure complaints are resolved quickly
  • Keep records of all issues and responses
  • Analyze + Report
  • Monitor performance data: appointment accuracy, no-shows, compliance
  • Create reports and spot patterns that need attention
  • Keep a full record of all audits and findings
