Summary

Join Dexterra Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and contribute to their Facility Management Division. This role is primarily remote with some in-person requirements in Mississauga, Ontario. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing vendor management, creating talent acquisition campaigns, managing social media, ensuring brand alignment, and assisting with co-op placements. Requirements

  • You are creative, accountable, and tenacious and love to be part of a team!
  • 2+ years of agency or in-house recruiting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories across various channels
  • Experience managing content for social media or advertising channels
  • Proven understanding of performance metrics and the ability to think logically and creatively to develop solutions and innovative ideas
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software

Responsibilities

  • Developing Sourcing Strategies: Support our hiring managers by mapping specific geographies, creating prospective candidate shortlists, and delivering market intelligence to inform talent strategies
  • Managing Recruitment Processes: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for specific requisitions as needed
  • Vendor Management: Oversee external vendors (e.g., RPO) to ensure effective collaboration
  • Talent Acquisition Campaigns: Create and manage campaigns for major hiring initiatives such as new account mobilization, seasonal ramp-ups, and specific talent recruitment drives
  • Social Media Management: Develop content, monitor performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies for our social media channels
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure that our employer brand and materials align with corporate standards and authentically reflect our company culture
  • Co-op Placements: Assist with organizing Co-op & practical work-term placements throughout the division
