Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, ideally with a focus on remote patient monitoring or related technologies
  • Network: Established network of contacts within the healthcare sector, including relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of remote patient monitoring solutions, healthcare systems, and industry trends
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Networking: Utilize established contacts and networks within the healthcare industry to identify and connect with potential clients and key decision-makers. Attend industry conferences to build relationships, secure meetings, and expand your network
  • Strategic Meetings: Lead and manage meetings with independent practices at various stages of the sales process, including initial introductions, needs assessments, solution presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Decision Maker Identification: Conduct thorough research and follow-up to identify and engage the appropriate decision-makers within target organizations, ensuring that all key stakeholders are involved in the decision-making process
  • Solution Presentation: Articulate the value and benefits of RPM Healthcare’s solutions to potential clients, tailoring presentations to address their specific needs and challenges
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond
  • HubSpot Management : Ensure that all client information, sales activities, and interactions are kept up to date in HubSpot, facilitating accurate reporting and effective communication across the sales team
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position RPM Healthcare’s offerings and adapt strategies as needed
  • Referral System Development: Create and implement a system to leverage referrals from existing accounts, encouraging satisfied clients to recommend RPM Healthcare’s solutions to other potential clients
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress through the sales pipeline. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team
