Summary

Join Unlock Health as a Senior SDR/BDR and play a pivotal role in driving top-of-funnel growth for our performance marketing and HRA line of business. This role involves strategic outreach, personalized engagement with healthcare decision-makers, and refining outbound sales strategies. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and growth leadership to shape our go-to-market approach and contribute to scaling our operations. The position requires proactive client identification, multi-channel outreach, crafting compelling messaging, booking qualified meetings, and partnering with marketing on campaigns. You will also track performance, analyze lead quality, share market insights, and potentially mentor junior SDRs. Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or pipeline-generation role (ideally in healthcare, martech, or SaaS)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
  • Strong business acumen โ€” you can quickly understand a prospectโ€™s goals and connect them to our solutions
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail and tone
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset; you test, learn, and iterate
  • Comfortable with CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), outreach platforms, and prospecting tools

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective clients across hospitals, health systems, and provider groups
  • Own outreach strategy and execution for your territory or vertical, using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video, etc.)
  • Craft thoughtful, personalized messaging that speaks to healthcare marketing leadersโ€™ pain points and business goals
  • Book qualified meetings for Sales Reps and contribute to early-stage discovery
  • Partner with marketing on outbound campaigns, content strategy, and lead nurturing programs
  • Track and analyze outreach performance and lead quality to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Share market feedback and competitive intel with the broader GTM team
  • Potential to eventually mentor junior SDRs and contribute to process improvement and best practices as the team grows

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling into marketing departments at hospitals or health systems, or familiarity with health risk assessments
