Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of IT principles, frameworks, and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in IT tools and technologies, such as operating systems, network diagnostics, and helpdesk software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Responsibilities
- Respond to helpdesk tickets promptly and efficiently, providing technical support to resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels in accordance with company policies and security standards
- Conduct regular IT system checks to proactively identify and resolve potential technical issues
- Collaborate with IT and risk management teams to develop and implement effective IT strategies and solutions
- Conduct regular IT awareness training for employees to promote best practices and awareness
- Stay informed about the latest IT trends, threats, and technologies
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to enhance our IT capabilities
- Participate in IT projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with overall IT objectives
Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA A+, or equivalent certification is highly desirable
