Join FusionTek, a growing Managed Service Provider, as a Help Desk Support Technician! This role involves providing desktop and laptop support, troubleshooting issues, installing applications, configuring user settings, and addressing security concerns. You will work with a team to deliver exceptional client service, both remotely and on-site. The position requires a minimum of one year of professional IT support experience and a working knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional IT support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and MacOS
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 office suite
- Time management skills
- Superb verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Primarily focus on desktop and laptop support, including break/fix issues, application installation and configuration, and user level settings
- Investigate and remediate malware alerts and help users enroll in MFA
- Work through our ticketing system to document, track, and escalate tickets
- Work in our documentation platform to keep everything up to date
- Work with a team of intelligent people to deliver world class service to our clients, both remotely and onsite
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Office 365 cloud services
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications
- Experience working in a ticketing system, with Autotask experience
