Summary

Join Panoptyc, a rapidly growing, fully remote company revolutionizing loss prevention in retail, as an HR Analyst. You will provide operational support and people data insights, managing core HR processes like payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting. This crucial role offers the opportunity to streamline systems, improve data accuracy, and contribute to a positive employee experience. You will work closely with the People team and department leaders. The position is full-time (40 hours per week), with a schedule of 4 hours in Philippine time and 4 hours in EST, based in the Philippines. Competitive compensation is offered.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or People Operations role
  • Experience processing payroll and managing HR documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Availability to work during US business hours

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Track and report on employee attendance, leave balances, and schedule adherence
  • Generate weekly and monthly HR reports, including headcount, attrition, and onboarding metrics
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exits, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience
  • Prepare employment contracts, documentation, and other HR-related letters
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS and document management systems
  • Ensure data consistency and support audits and compliance-related activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HR processes and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting remote, distributed teams
  • Familiarity with employment compliance practices in the US
  • Experience in fast-scaling startups or tech environments
  • Exposure to automation tools or process improvement initiatives
