Summary

The job description is for an HR Analyst Intern position at MotorK, a leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe specializing in the automotive sector. The intern will support the HR Operations team by evaluating current HR processes, identifying areas of improvement, and developing and maintaining HR reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  • Academic background in Economics or Business Administration, with an interest in HR related subjects
  • Advanced level of English, native Italian
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good level of Excel (must have)

Responsibilities

  • Collect employees data and compile reports and data analysis for the HR department and other department leaders
  • Manage employee data in the HRIS system and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and analyse reports to internal stakeholders to identify trends in employee data
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and design systems or upgrades or suggest additions to meet these needs
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR operations are in alignment with organisational goals
  • Apply best practices to improve HR operations processes
  • Monitor and analyse changes in labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Support the team in developing areas of improvement in HR operations
  • Assist with payroll processing and other related activities
  • Prepare and produce HR metrics, reports, and dashboards
  • Fix issues, glitches and system problems
  • Support cross-area activities and Project in HR Ops domain

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desire to learn
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of Labour Law will be an added advantage
