Summary

Join CloudWalk, a fast-growing fintech company, as an HR Benefits Administrator. Support overall management of benefits, conduct onboarding process, maintain accurate employee data, generate reports, perform internal audits, and act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Intermediate proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking

Responsibilities

• Support the overall management of benefits
• Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits, answering questions, helping with enrollment, and resolving benefit-related issues
• Conduct the onboarding process for new employees
• Facilitate the introduction of new employees to the company's culture, policies, and procedures (onboarding orientation and follow-up)
• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in People systems
• Generate reports and analyses to inform strategic People decisions
• Conduct internal audits and organize People Ops documents
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
• Proactively and effectively resolve issues, ensuring employee satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
