Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR admin or similar role, handling day-to-day HR tasks like employee records management, payroll processing, and compliance
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with employees at all levels, both written and verbally
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, especially when managing employee data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with policies
- Proactive in identifying challenges and providing effective solutions in HR processes and employee relations
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote work environment and adjust to changing priorities
- Collaborative and team-focused, with the ability to work across departments to support HR initiatives
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
- Oversee employee exits, ensuring compliance with company policies and security protocols
- Handle visa processing, visa renewals, and UAE labor law compliance
- Maintain employee contracts, ensuring timely renewals and terminations
- Prepare HR reports, including monthly workforce summaries, time tracking, and performance review records
- Assist with financial and security audits related to HR compliance
- Act as the primary contact for employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture
- Create HR newsletters, updates, and celebration content for employee engagement
- Manage performance appraisals and feedback processes
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with industry standards
- Oversee employee insurance policies and ensure compliance with company and legal standards
- Manage external HR service providers for optimal service delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HR platforms such as SageHR, Recruitee, and Certn, as well as collaboration and productivity tools like Google Workspace, Insightful, Slack, Asana, and Loom
- Knowledge of the unique regulations and processes associated with working within any UAE FreeZone
- Familiarity with the procedures and policies related to medical insurance in the UAE
- Experience with or understanding of Safetywing insurance, particularly for remote workers
