Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a solid track record of successful hires
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team lead or managerial position
  • Proven experience growing from an individual recruiter into a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview processes, and employer branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring performance targets are met
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across departments
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
