Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for hiring processes
  • Coordinate interviews and provide communication to candidates
  • Ensure smooth communication with candidates to enhance the candidate experience(CX)
  • Plan and execute Employer Branding activities to secure talents that align with Tridge's vision
  • Support HR administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience living abroad
  • Interest in various HR-related tasks
  • Willingness to gain comprehensive HR experience, starting with recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with multiple stakeholders
