Summary
Join Henry Schein One as a remote Human Resources Business Partner, working closely with management to implement corporate HR policies, develop teams, and resolve employee relation issues. You will consult with leaders and team members, participate in company-wide initiatives, and assist senior leaders in developing solutions. Responsibilities include advising business leaders on HR matters, supporting team members on performance management and employee relations, collaborating with other HR teams, providing strategic HR guidance, resolving employee relations issues, improving work relationships, monitoring workforce analytics, identifying training needs, and leading the hiring process for high-priority roles. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 3-5+ years of relevant experience, thorough knowledge of labor laws, proficiency in HRIS systems, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements
- Typically, 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience
- Typically, a bachelor's degree or global equivalent in related discipline
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and legislation
- Knowledge of digital tools and HRIS systems, such as Workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
- Ability to understand financial information, analyze data and comprehend performance metrics
- Knowledge of core business functions, strategy, and interactions
- Solid decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Solutions oriented and results driven
- Ability to develop, plan and effectively implement initiatives and projects

Responsibilities
- Serves as an adviser and consultant to business leaders on issues pertaining to human resources
- Provides effective and timely support to TSMs on HR matters in areas including performance management, employee relations and work force planning
- Works with business leaders to determine business needs and collaborates with HR other support teams, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Organization Development, and Mergers & Acquisition (as applicable), to help meet these needs
- Consults with leaders and provides strategic and operational HR guidance
- Resolves complex employee relations issues
- Works closely with leaders and TSMs to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Monitors and reports on workforce analytics and succession planning
- Identifies training needs for teams, leaders, and individuals
- Leads the hiring process for high-priority roles, from creating job descriptions to screening and interviewing candidates, as applicable
Preferred Qualifications
- Possessing or pursuing a professional HR Certification (such as the PHR) is preferred
- Preferred in Workday or from the intake call
