Summary

Join TIMOCOM as an HR Business Partner and become the primary contact for management on all HR matters. You will act as a liaison between various German business units and the HR department, working partly from home while maintaining regular in-office presence in Erkrath. Responsibilities include advising and supporting managers on HR issues, assisting with change management in transformation projects, developing tailored HR solutions, coordinating national and international projects, providing counsel on labor law, personnel planning, and compensation, and facilitating workshops. The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics, law, or psychology, at least three years of experience as an HR Business Partner, expertise in change management and labor law, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in German and English. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and international work opportunities.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, law, or psychology
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Knowledge and experience in change management
  • Sound knowledge of labor law
  • Ability to work data-based using analytical skills and dashboards for successful decision-making
  • Moderation skills to professionally lead and actively shape workshops
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills to optimally support stakeholders
  • Negotiable German and very good English skills for good communication with clients and colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for management on all HR-related topics
  • Serve as a liaison between various German Business Units and the HR department
  • Advise and support managers on all HR-related topics and actively contribute to the implementation of our HR strategy
  • Support internal clients, particularly in change management, during transformation projects and, if necessary, take over the management of change management
  • Develop and coordinate customized solutions for specific HR topics independently
  • Coordinate, support, and manage the implementation of national and international topics and projects
  • Advise internal clients on labor law issues, personnel planning, and compensation
  • Plan and moderate workshops in German and English
