Join VGW's People Operations team in Manila as an HR Business Partner! You will be the primary point of contact for employee-related inquiries, offering guidance and support on various HR matters. Key responsibilities include contractor management, partnering with business leaders on people-related strategies, project delivery, data analysis, and policy review. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (in Psychology or Human Resource Management preferred), at least two years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in areas such as Psychology and Human Resource Management are preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource with a strong focus on business partnering, labor relations and engagement
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices with experience in policy development and implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Provide services related to contractor management such as onboarding, invoicing, offboarding, grievance/concern resolution
- Partner with business leaders and guide them in strategic direction for people related matters
- Deliver Projects/Initiatives in support of the department
- Provide reports, data and analytics that will support recommendations on people related matter
- Provide assistance in contractor procurement
- Assist in reviewing and implementing policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a global environment, including remote work arrangements and flexible working hours, is preferred for this position
