Summary
Join AUTO1 Group's People Business Partnership Team as an HR Business Partner and implement the company's HR strategy. Partner with the Tech department to foster high-performing teams and drive employee engagement. Act as an HR consultant for management and employees, guiding leadership and organizational growth. Design and implement training programs and career development strategies for tech professionals. Manage end-to-end people processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Leverage data insights to support strategic goals. This role offers 100% remote work in Germany with flexible hours and a part-time option.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field, with HR experience in tech, ideally in an international startup
- Proven expertise in learning and development, leadership training, and employee growth strategies
- Strong project management, data-driven mindset, and ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Basic knowledge of German labor law; coaching mindset to guide management on HR topics
- Fluent English (C1); German is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin
Responsibilities
- Partner with Tech department stakeholders to build high-performing teams and drive learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Act as the go-to HR consultant for management, team leads, and employees, guiding leadership, structure, and organizational growth
- Design and implement training programs, leadership development initiatives, and career growth strategies tailored to tech professionals
- Manage end-to-end People processes, including onboarding, payroll reviews, feedback cycles, and organizational updates, ensuring a seamless employee experience
- Leverage data insights to inform decisions, maintain accurate documentation, and support the department’s strategic goals
