Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on partnering with technical or R&D teams in high-growth environments
- Experience supporting organizations with a high bar for talent and performance
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while navigating fast-paced, sometimes reactive environments with composure and clarity
- Deep understanding of performance management, employee development, and team dynamics within product or technical functions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to HR decision-making
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to People leadership and R&D stakeholders, understanding business goals and shaping HR strategies that enable team effectiveness
- Partner with managers to retain top talent and raise the bar for their respective technical teams
- Partner with leaders in shaping a high-impact organizational structure that accelerates business growth and enables clear, scalable career paths for the team
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive people programs and data driven strategies that strengthen our culture β encompassing performance management, talent development and feedback, employee engagement and internal communications
- Act as a trusted advisor for sensitive employee matters, offering balanced, business-savvy guidance to support healthy team dynamics and morale
- Build and execute engagement strategies that reflect the mission-oriented, highly autonomous nature of the R&D org
