Summary

Join Parfums Christian Dior as a Human Resources Consultant in Montreal, Quebec! This full-time, contracted, remote position supports the HR needs of Dior's first freestanding boutique. You will lead recruitment efforts, onboard new hires, ensure legal compliance, and provide ongoing HR support. Fluency in French is essential. The role reports to the Country Manager for PCD’s Canada region and involves managing all HR aspects of the store opening. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in human resources
• General knowledge of Canadian labor laws, specifically to the Quebec region
• Fluent in French
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for open headcount from sourcing to offer and possess knowledge of the current market and competition
• Onboard new hires and ensure they are set up for success prior to store opening (including partnership with payroll/ benefits)
• Advise on Canadian labor laws and ensure the organization is being compliant, specifically within the Quebec region
• Be fluent in French to ensure proper support and communication through the recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support with any additional store opening needs from a people perspective (i.e., provide guidance for uniform expectations)
• Conduct all other job-related activities
