Summary
Join Uplift, a dynamic global talent search agency, and work for a leading payments/fintech client! This fully remote LATAM-based sales leadership role requires developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams, monitor market trends, negotiate high-value deals, and establish KPIs to track performance. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 5+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in fintech), a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and strong leadership and communication skills. Advanced Spanish and English are required, and travel is necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of the local payments ecosystem and industry regulations
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business development
- An advanced level of Spanish and English is required
- Travel is necessary
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients, merchants, and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Establish KPIs, track performance, and provide regular sales reports to senior management
