Sales Executive

Summary

Join Uplift, a dynamic global talent search agency, and work remotely in LATAM for a leading payments/fintech client. This sales leadership role requires developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams, monitor market trends, negotiate deals, and establish KPIs. The position demands proven sales success, strong communication skills, and deep understanding of the local payments ecosystem. Travel is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• Deep understanding of the local payments ecosystem and industry regulations
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business development
• An advanced level of Spanish and English is required
• Travel is necessary
