Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Deep understanding of the local payments ecosystem and industry regulations
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business development
  • An advanced level of Spanish and English is required
  • Travel is necessary
