Sales Executive

This fully remote LATAM-based sales leadership role requires developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and monitor market trends. Responsibilities include negotiating and closing high-value deals, establishing KPIs, and reporting to senior management. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 2+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in fintech), a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication skills. Advanced Spanish and English are required, and travel is necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• Deep understanding of the local payments ecosystem and industry regulations
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business development
• An advanced level of Spanish and English is required
• Travel is necessary
