Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Craft and post job listings on various platforms to attract high-quality candidates
  • Proactively source candidates through online channels, professional networks, and referral programs
  • Evaluate applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates that meet job requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Participate in initial interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, and providing timely feedback
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates on the recruitment process, and assist in making informed hiring decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred
