Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred
  • Four years of proven experience as HR Executive
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HR systems (SAP) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
  • Handling queries of employees and guiding employees about various HR and related process
  • Frequent formal employee interactions to understand the challenges faced by them and try to work out a solution, counsel them if needed and present their issues in the appropriate forum
  • Managing employee grievances and providing them an opportunity to voice their opinions
  • Provide ongoing support on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
  • Working closely with Head of HR & Operation - Bangalore and keeping a check on statutory compliances and Labour Act compliance for India
  • Communicating with the employees to create a constant Employee Connect
  • Key focus on building the effective Employee Value Proposition to attract, retain and engage talent
  • Designing the Learning & Development framework, training calendar and training plan for both new joiners and tenured employees
  • Responsible for needs analysis, solution design and delivery of the interventions in line with the business requirements, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed
  • Partner with line managers on individual needs identification, program nomination, attendance and effectiveness of the programs. Aligning the training with career development
  • Assess business units HR training needs and conduct 1:1 and group training sessions as appropriate - including HR Induction, office etiquettes and performance appraisals
  • Training Evaluation – cost analysis, training effectiveness, feasibility study, vendor evaluation
  • Liaise with Training vendors and work with them on Training design including E learning programs
  • Reporting Status to the Management periodically and being the auditee for the Organizational Training & Induction function
  • Implement best Practices
  • Working closely with HR and Head of HR & Operation - Bangalore for preparing the payroll data for every month
  • Resolve any queries from employees related to salary payments
  • Organizing various fun activities for employees
  • Support the design and execution of employee Reward & Recognition initiatives along with Head of HR & Operation – Bangalore
  • Partnering with the line managers to identify, develop and implement the employee engagement programs and create engaged workforce
  • Plays a key role in acting as an advisory for various employee engagement initiatives which would be undertaken from time to time
  • Driving Reward and Recognition program in collaboration with Head of HR & Operation – Bangalore
  • Support in various HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement surveys and talent development initiatives
  • Managing the employee life cycle involving various activities such as Induction, Confirmation and Promotion Formalities
  • Ensuring timely appraisal of probation/confirmed employee by following up with the HR and Head of HR & Operation – Bangalore
  • Working with Head of HR & Operation - Bangalore on Separation process, including employee retention, exit interview & full and final settlement, Disciplinary action & Recovery of pending dues
  • Preparation of Experience Letter and Relieving Letter
  • Conducting Exit Interviews
  • To support Head of HR & Operation - Bangalore on HR and administrative tasks
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
  • Updating and maintaining the MIS. Data analysis & reporting attrition analysis
  • Deliver on HR transactional/process requirements - eg: generate data, check accuracy, suggest modifications to support data integrity
  • Periodically check the suggestion box and update Bangalore Leadership team
  • Partnering with the recruitment and other external vendors for various specialized HR deliverables for Bangalore office
