Summary

Join Deel, the fastest-growing SaaS company, as the HR Experience Operations Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR Experience function. Manage the entire employee lifecycle across Deelโ€™s Employee of Record (EOR) services in over 90 countries, optimizing workflows and ensuring operational excellence. Lead initiatives to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency, supporting the HR Experience team in delivering top-tier service globally. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, contribute to HR product planning, participate in interviews, and manage daily administrative tasks related to EORs. Provide support to EORs and clients, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and participate in creating and implementing regional HR operations. Be the subject matter expert for the country's operational quality and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or related fields, preferably in a global, fast-paced environment
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience managing HR teams or initiatives
  • Proven experience in managing HR processes across multiple countries (EOR experience is a plus)
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy in HR operations

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring and maintaining compliance and HR operations in their assigned country in accordance with relevant employment laws and regulations and operational rules and RACI
  • Contributing to HR product planning and scoping
  • Participating in the initial levels of HR interviews
  • Managing daily administrative tasks related to EORs and collaborating with the country team during the payroll cycle and employment updates
  • Providing support to EORs and clients for HR-related questions or concerns through all available communication channels
  • Managing standard onboarding and offboarding processes for EORs
  • Participating in the creation and implementation of regional HR operations, ensuring compliance with global Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of the HR operations in the assigned countries
  • Being the subject matter expert for the country's operational quality and knowledge
