Join our leading SaaS-based Global Employment Platformβ’ as a Sr Product Operations Manager and partner with product and engineering managers to align requirements with operational processes. Support business testing of product changes, manage the product feedback funnel, and ensure cross-functional coordination for efficient product understanding and adoption. Enable Go-To-Market readiness for new product releases through process creation, updates, training, and communication. Identify and implement opportunities to increase operational efficiency across our HR tech stack. Establish benchmarks for quantitative data, measure success metrics, and distribute data about the product and user experience. Continuously strive to become a Subject Matter Expert in HR technology. Requirements
- Proven experience supporting product development and delivery specifically within an HR technology or HR domain
- The ability to analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and inform data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to conduct business testing (UAT) for HR product changes, including developing robust test cases and gathering valuable user feedback
- Experience bridging the gap between HR operational needs and product/engineering requirements
- Strong project management abilities with a track record of delivering results
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret and extract actionable insights from complex data
- Strong communication skills that enable effective cross-functional collaboration
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn how backend systems and admin dashboards function
- Experienced using Atlassian, specially Jira and Confluence
- Experience using Databricks, Tableau or similar reporting tool
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering managers to align requirements with operational processes
- Support the business testing of product changes, identifying test case scenarios, capturing end-user feedback, and ensuring changes are ready for production
- Manage the product feedback funnel, assisting in its qualification and quantification, and ensuring cross-functional coordination for efficient product understanding and adoption
- Be a key enabler of Go-To-Market readiness for new product releases through process creation, updates, comprehensive training, and clear communication
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase operational efficiency across our HR tech stack
- Establish benchmarks for quantitative data to facilitate success metrics and measure, surface, and distribute both quantitative and qualitative data about the product and user experience
- Continually strive to become a Subject Matter Expert, staying ahead of trends and best practices in HR technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience applying AI-driven solutions to optimize daily workflows and improve productivity
- Proficient in Lucid and Figma tools
