Summary

Alpine is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR tasks, from recruiting and onboarding to compliance with labor regulations. This role requires 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, strong knowledge of HR principles, excellent communication skills, proficiency in HRIS and ATS software, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist (5+ years)
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS software
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition and recruiting
• Coordinating employee onboarding and training initiatives
• Support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that arise
• Development and implementation of human resource policies
• Employee compensation and benefit administration
• Organize employee performance reviews
• Maintain accurate and complete employee records
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal labor regulations in over 20 states
