Requirements
- 5+ years of HR generalist or people operations experience in a high-growth or remote-first environment
- Proven success managing onboarding/offboarding and HRIS systems (Rippling experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of multi-state labor compliance, employment policies, and HR documentation
- Experience designing or running initiatives that drive engagement, retention, or internal communication
- Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A calm, confident operator who can make independent decisions in a dynamic environment
- Clear and inclusive communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Own core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and compliance tracking
- Support benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries with clarity and empathy
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., Rippling)
- Assist in the rollout of company-wide programs (e.g., performance reviews, engagement surveys)
- Partner with the People team on process documentation, policy updates, and internal communications
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive employee experience through thoughtful, proactive HR support
