  • Assist in the design and administration of incentive programs, such as bonuses and commissions
  • Generate compensation reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Proficiently use Workday HCM to manage compensation data, process salary increases, and generate compensation reports
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation laws and regulations
