Responsibilities
- Conduct salary surveys, analyze market data, and recommend salary adjustments to ensure competitive compensation
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, conduct job evaluations, and assign appropriate pay grades
- Assist in the design and administration of incentive programs, such as bonuses and commissions
- Generate compensation reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Proficiently use Workday HCM to manage compensation data, process salary increases, and generate compensation reports
- Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation laws and regulations
