Responsibilities

• Support recruiting new team members in all areas
• Manage employee development and all other personnel matters
• Development of HR processes, such as onboarding and Mitarbeiterfeedback
• Implementation of an HR management software
• Identification of HR trends and derivation of concrete measures
• Operational personnel support, such as vacation requests, Jobrad, team events, etc
