Responsibilities
- Support recruiting new team members in all areas
- Manage employee development and all other personnel matters
- Development of HR processes, such as onboarding and Mitarbeiterfeedback
- Implementation of an HR management software
- Identification of HR trends and derivation of concrete measures
- Operational personnel support, such as vacation requests, Jobrad, team events, etc
