Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager or People Partner
  • Experience in product companies is a must
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Experience holding 1-on-1 meetings, managing onboarding processes, and supporting teams
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, HR CRMs, and the Jira suite
  • Effective multitasking and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and openness to giving and receiving feedback
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency is a must

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with team members (1-2 teams, approximately 20-30 employees per HR)
  • Identify team needs and develop HR solutions, programs, and policies to address them
  • Provide support for processes across different offices, hubs, and locations
  • Maintain, prepare, and update HR documents and spreadsheets (occasionally including translations)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in psychology
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Experience in the gambling or iGaming industries
  • Familiarity with HiBob and Workable
