Summary

An international technology company is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating administrative functions of the company, including recruitment, selection, training, talent development, internal communication, team performance evaluation, compensation plans, and organizational culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree with studies at third level in related areas such as Industrial Relations, Psychology, or Human Resources Administration
• 5 or more years of HR Management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the entire recruitment and selection process for personnel
• Onboard and train new hires
• Conduct personal interviews for key company managers
• Regularly review the HR policy of the company
• Prepare constant reports about the workplace climate in different worldwide offices and define strategic actions for improvement
• Assist the Executive Director in the continuous review and improvement of the company's operational organization
