Summary

Join Unit4's Global People Experience (HR) Consultant team as an experienced HR Manager and Employee Relations Specialist, supporting employee-related change projects across Europe. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and adherence to policy, process, and legislation while meeting business needs. Collaborate with the wider People Experience Consultant team on change impact, collective bargaining, and legislative frameworks. Deliver obligations regarding collective and individual consultation, working with employees, works councils, and representative bodies. Create and improve organizational change frameworks, produce and analyze ER data, and manage the Dutch Works Council relationship. Leverage your expertise in project management, consultation, conflict management, stakeholder management, governance, and labor relations.

Requirements

  • Full awareness of core ER processes and practices
  • Good understanding of the consultation requirements and legal / employment law requirements relating to transformation projects within a European setting
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to identify the root cause of any conflicts and work collaboratively with others to find mutually beneficial solutions
  • Confident to present and deliver information to Managers and employees either on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or as part of wider training delivery
  • Ability to work within remote teams and work collaboratively within a global environment
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach and an eye for detail
  • IT skills particularly with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Language proficiency; English and Dutch both written and verbal, and desirable in any combination of Spanish, French and German

Responsibilities

  • Working in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure employee related change initiatives are understood in an HR setting ensuring compliance and adherence to policy, process and legislation within the region, while still meeting business needs
  • Leadership and collaboration with the wider People Experience Consultant team regarding change impact and compliance, collective bargaining agreements, and the legislative framework of the global team
  • ���Hands on’ in delivering our obligations with regards to collective and individual consultation are delivered and that effective consultation is carried out with employees, works councils, forums and other representative bodies in line with local legislation. Specific responsibility for managing the Dutch Works Council relationship
  • Create, develop and continually improve organisational change frameworks that can be used to consistently deliver agile, best practice people change
  • Produce and analyse ER related data
