Summary
Join GoDaddy's team as a Manager–Human Resources (LATAM) and drive HR functional excellence, execute HR initiatives, and improve processes. You will ensure global HR compliance, coordinate compliance with local legislation, and partner with internal teams. This is a remote position based in Bogotá, with occasional office visits. Responsibilities include managing employee services, collaborating with various HR teams, working with the global HR operations team on system updates, developing HR reports, ensuring employee performance appraisal, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and building relationships with internal and external collaborators. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Manager, in-depth knowledge of Colombian labor laws, and experience with HRIS and case management systems. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR standard processes
- Previous experience with HRIS and case management systems (preferably Workday and ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of employee services and experiences, providing employees the resources and support they need
- Work in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and the global HRIS team to ensure end-to-end accuracy of data exchange through the HR systems
- Working with Global HR Operation team on updating system settings, implementing new features and/or modules, building workflows, and troubleshooting system issues
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using available analytical tools to provide actionable insights in support of data-driven decision making
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
- Maintain compliance with all local employment laws, regulations, and requirements
- Build solid relationships with senior internal and external collaborators and cross-functional partners, to maintain compliance with local employment law regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Experience supporting multiple countries in LATAM is a plus
