Summary

Join Sand Cherry Associates as an HR Project Manager, leading and supporting HR-related projects and initiatives. This remote role focuses on driving continuous improvement and successful implementation of HR strategies. You will manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report on key metrics. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of project management experience, including experience with Smartsheet, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). This is a 4-month consulting engagement with an hourly rate of $70-$80. Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in Project Management, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting
  • Strong experience in building workflows, automation, and project plans
  • Proven track record of delivering complex HR projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Smartsheet required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related applications. Uses understanding of digital concepts to create basic digital tools
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Expert interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • Advanced attention to detail, organization and prioritization
  • Advanced cognitive, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies for HR initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key metrics and outcomes
  • Develop and deliver project documentation, training materials, and presentations as required
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the HR function, driving efficiencies and improving service delivery
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and metrics for leadership as required
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR practices and recommend solutions
  • Perform other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters’ degree preferred
  • Project Management certification a plus
