HR Project Manager

Summary

Join us as an HR Project Manager at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, where you will develop and implement strategic concepts, manage international projects, build networks, analyze business processes, conduct workshops, collaborate with teams, advise customers on Employer Value Proposition (EVP), create presentations, and have the opportunity to work remotely within Hungary.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, business management or a comparable field
• At least three to five years of professional experience in a consultancy, ideally with a focus on strategic projects or business development
• Proven experience in building and maintaining international networks
• Strong conceptual & analytical skills and strong strategic thinking
• Experience in Employer Value Proposition (EVP) is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with agile working (tools, processes, etc.)
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of strategic concepts in close collaboration with our stakeholders
• Management and coordination of (international) projects, including planning, management and monitoring of project progress
• Building and maintaining international networks to promote global business relationships
• Analysis and optimization of business processes as well as development of recommendations for action
• Conducting workshops and presentations to communicate project goals and results
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high quality of project results
• Advising our customers on the topic of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and developing strategies to strengthen the employer brand
• Creating presentations and briefings on top management/board level
