Requirements

  • Qualification in Project Management or a related field
  • CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
  • Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation
  • Ability to work with business and project stakeholders at all levels within the organisation and across the group
  • High level of emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ambition to develop self to achieve personal and business goals
  • Ability to multitask, execute projects successfully, work under own initiative to deliver to agreed/required deadlines
  • Strong IT skills (particularly MS Office)
  • Proven track record of generating qualitative and quantitative data, data analysis and managing records
  • Expert knowledge of using project management tools
  • Experience in implementing Payroll, HRIS and Time and Attendance systems

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR Project Manager and project team members to organize and manage all project tasks
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and managing the project portfolio to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Keep an eye on project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets, and escalate any issues to the HR Project Manager if things go off track
  • Help with the day-to-day activities of the project portfolio, ensuring teams have the resources they need and tasks are completed on time
  • Carry out data analysis and provide regular reports to ensure all HR-related projects and activities run smoothly
