Join Valatam as a Bilingual HR Project Coordinator and work remotely from Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua. You will be the primary point of contact for Virtual Assistants, managing their needs and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include implementing management plans, monitoring work relationships, addressing conflicts, assisting with HR duties, updating records, and facilitating communication across teams. You'll need C1/C2 English and Spanish skills, at least one year of HR or project management experience (remote preferred), a college degree, and a suitable home office setup. Requirements
- Possess C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
- Have at least 1 year of HR or Project management experience preferably remote
- Have experience or familiarity with HR and talent management processes
- Be graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
- Have a quiet home office with a desk and office chair
- Have stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
- Have a laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
- Have access to a quiet "home office"
- Have access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Virtual Assistants, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and building strong, lasting relationships to foster client satisfaction and retention
- Implement a personalized Virtual Assistant Management Plan, including regular follow-up calls with team members, ensuring client expectations are met
- Monitor ongoing work relationships to identify areas for improvement
- Address any conflicts or issues with Virtual Assistants and clients promptly, implementing solutions to maintain a positive work environment
- Assist with HR duties including project onboarding, retention, and satisfaction strategies
- Update records and collect project information for accurate billing and payroll processing
- Facilitate weekly communication with Finance, HR, and Account Management teams
- Monitor and analyze Virtual Assistants' working hours using time-tracking software to identify and address any variations in working hours
- Implement strategies to manage productivity issues and reduce UT/OT cases
