Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience on a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in human resource management systems
  • Experience working with different internal departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Provide support to both HR and Accounting teams
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Process HR-related documentation and reports
  • Assist in coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys)
  • Communicate with public services when needed
  • Track, renew, and maintain records of business licenses
  • Coordinate with state and local agencies on licensing matters
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR and finance leadership
  • Manage external correspondence related to payroll, compliance, and other HR tasks
