HR Recruiter

Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as a proactive and people-focused Recruiter! Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and contribute to our growth. This is a remote contract/consultant position offering PTO and a salary between $1000 and $1300. The role requires excellent English communication skills and experience with various software platforms. Work from home is 100% and working hours are 9:00am-6:00pm ET, Monday-Friday.

Requirements

• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• +2 years of work experience in a fast pased enviorment (preferably in a US based company) as a Recruiter, Human Resources Administrator, Assistant or similar role
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
• Experience with Zoom
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive approach and strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• You must have your own computer/laptop - the company does not supply equipment

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Workable), Linkedin and other social media platforms to source qualified candidates
• Conduct initial recruiting screening interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process
• Maintain interview and hiring records
• Prepare and maintain headcount reports
• Other projects and duties as assigned
