Summary
Join MedVA as a detail-oriented HubSpot Admin Contractor to manage and optimize our HubSpot instance, supporting marketing, sales, and customer service teams. You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency by leveraging HubSpot's features. This role involves managing user permissions, maintaining data integrity, creating custom reports, and ensuring smooth marketing automation. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot CRM expert passionate about process improvement through technology. Responsibilities include administering and maintaining HubSpot CRM, managing user access, creating reports, optimizing workflows, collaborating with departments, conducting audits, providing training, and staying updated on HubSpot features. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HubSpot administration, with demonstrated expertise in CRM setup, management, and optimization
- Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows and lifecycle, from marketing to customer management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret reports
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM management, and integration with other tools
- Knowledge of lead scoring and pipeline management in a CRM context
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring system functionality and data integrity
- Manage user onboarding, permissions, and account configurations for new and existing users
- Create and customize reports and dashboards to track KPIs for marketing, sales, and customer service teams
- Monitor and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve lead management processes
- Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and implement solutions in HubSpot
- Conduct regular audits of the CRM to ensure data accuracy and clean-up as necessary
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices for using HubSpot effectively
- Stay updated with new HubSpot features and industry trends to continually enhance the platform’s capabilities
- Assist with integration of HubSpot with other software platforms as needed
Preferred Qualifications
HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Administrator Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification)
