Hubspot Developer, Website Designer

Summary

Join We Are Rosie as a Website Designer and HubSpot Specialist to lead a website redesign project! This remote, design-heavy role (20-30 hours/week) involves improving UI/UX, enhancing lead generation, and streamlining content within a HubSpot theme. You will redesign and re-implement the client's website, optimizing for usability and mobile functionality. The position requires expertise in HubSpot's Design Manager, HTML/CSS, and UX/UI design principles. The hourly rate is $70, and the start date is mid-January. A background check is required. This is a W2 engagement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot’s Design Manager and related tools
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and UX/UI design principles
• Experience with website design and development, particularly within HubSpot themes
• Proven ability to resolve mobile usability issues effectively
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and stakeholder communication
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Redesign and re-implement the client's website to enhance usability, design, and mobile functionality using HubSpot themes
• Optimize the user interface and experience for both websites to drive lead generation
• Address mobile usability challenges, including menu navigation and overall responsiveness
• Oversee the redesign project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements
• Maintain flexibility for future edits within the HubSpot framework

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience redesigning websites in corporate or B2B environments
• Familiarity with lead generation strategies and the impact of design on conversions
