Summary

Join Axiom's growing Marketing organization as a Talent Marketing Manager and lead lifecycle marketing efforts to attract, acquire, and retain high-quality legal talent. You will design and execute multi-channel marketing programs, collaborate with internal and external teams, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. This role requires 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services or talent marketplaces, and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication and project management skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services or talent marketplaces
  • Strong program management skills with demonstrated track record of managing multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong messaging capabilities, ideally with experience in legal industry marketing
  • Proficient with CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation (HubSpot) systems
  • Demonstrated project management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into effective market-specific programs
  • Track record of driving results in a high growth, innovative and fast paced environment
  • Proven experience in conducting A/B testing for websites and call-to-action elements to effectively drive key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication/presentation skills
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S
  • Bachelor's degree required with emphasis on marketing, business or communications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing programs that align with Talent Success team’s goals and objectives (attracting legal talent across key practice areas and regions, increasing talent NPS, etc.)
  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and tracking
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance talent experience and retention, from initial contact to alumni engagement, by crafting initiatives that celebrate key milestones and continuously optimizing processes through feedback and analytics
  • Create messaging and content that motivates in-house and Am Law 200 legal talent to apply to become part of Axiom’s talent network
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, product, sales) and external vendors to ensure timely and successful program delivery
  • Collaborate with talent enablement and talent acquisition to increase brand awareness, talent applications, and local talent benches across global markets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and soliciting feedback
  • Implement A/B testing and retrospectives to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Define KPIs and objectives for each program
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, qualitative talent feedback, and market research
  • Utilize analytics to refine targeting and messaging strategies
  • Provide actionable insights to improve future program performance
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for marketing initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful program delivery
