Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HubSpot onboarding, implementation, and API integrations
• Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
• Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Located in Latin America (Remote Position)

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the HubSpot onboarding process, ensuring successful setup and implementation
• Assist with HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub configurations
• Implement API integrations between HubSpot and third-party applications
• Provide training and support to clients to ensure effective use of HubSpot tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the onboarding process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer success
• Document onboarding processes and best practices for future reference

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot Certifications in Implementation, Onboarding, or API Integrations
• Previous experience working with a marketing agency or SaaS company
• Experience with automation and workflow setup within HubSpot
